当社開発の細菌・アーキア一括プライマーセット

当社開発のアンプリコンシーケンス解析用プライマーセット(細菌・アーキア一括)1)は、2017年に腸内微生物叢解析のGoldstandard Method(s) として紹介されました2,3)。今日まで、腸内環境はもちろん自然環境分野の論文でも多く採用されています4-15)

当社では、細菌のみを対象としたアンプリコンシーケンス解析も承っておりますが、腸内のメタン産生やバイオリアクターのアンモニア酸化など、その環境の微生物群集がもつ生理的機能や多様性をより精確に捉えるという観点から、細菌・アーキア一括プライマーセットでの解析をお奨めしております。
